The goal of the Journal of Foodservice is to advance the technical understanding of all aspects concerned with foodservice by disseminating information about foodservice research, development, and technical operation. Foodservice is used interchangeably with the term catering and is intended to cover all aspects of the preparation and service of food to customers.
