Journal of Natural Gas Geoscience is an academic bimonthly journal about natural gas exploration & exploitation sponsored by Lanzhou Literature & Information Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Langfang Branch of PetroChina Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration & Development. The journal publishes original research and review articles across a broad range of natural gas geology, natural gas geochemistry, natural gas geophysics, natural gas field engineering, unconventional natural gas, natural gas & environment, natural gas resource & economics, etc. Its main aims are to promote the development of natural gas exploration & exploitation for the world and academic communion in the natural gas researchers and workers. Its main tasks are to review the present situation and the development of natural gas geosciences, to report new theories, new methods and new technologies, to publish new results in global natural gas research and exploration & exploitation, and to study the contribution of natural gas to economic and social sustainable development.
