Dissertation of Cultural Landscape Commission is a journal published by the Cultural Landscape Commission of the Polish Geographical Society since 2002. According to the new classification of scientific disciplines (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland 2018, item 1818), the content of articles published in the Journal represents primarily socio-economic geography and spatial management, earth and environmental sciences as well as architecture and urban planning. Dissertation of Cultural Landscape Commission is an interdisciplinary journal due to the multipronged subject of research – cultural landscape. The journal is addressed primarily to geographers, landscape ecologists and landscape architects. The spatial approach to the analysed phenomena and processes are the basic distinction and sine qua non for published texts. The authors of the articles accept the definition of landscape according to the European Landscape Convention – an area, as perceived by people, whose character is the result of the action and interaction of natural and/or human factors. Thus, landscape is an area (typologically diverse), created as a result of natural and cultural factors, which is characterized by a specific structure, regional individuality and a specific physiognomy.Palabras clave – provistas por la editorial
