The journal regularly publishes abstracts of important articles from other leading clinical publications, complete with commentaries from a panel of experts.Aim: Gastrointestinal Endoscopy will be the preeminent advocate for the science and practice of endoscopy in the world. We will provide the highest quality endoscopic information at the point of care and at the cutting edge of science. We will continue to seek out and publish the best original articles, editorials and reviews as well as exciting new techniques, video cases and society guidelines.

Scope: Gastrointestinal Endoscopy is truly integrated into nearly all aspects of gastroenterology and hepatology as well as diseases and organs accessed via the GI tract. As such, we will review and publish articles not just studies directly involving endoscopy, but also conditions broadly relevant to the GIH community where endoscopy may play a role including inflammatory bowel disease, functional GI diseases and obesity.
