The objective of the Journal of Unconventional Oil and Gas Resources is to provide world-class scientific coverage of recent advances in knowledge and practices in the area of evaluation, development and management of unconventional resources for researchers and practicing engineers. An attempt is made to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and field development of unconventional resources, such as tight gas, shale gas, liquid rich shales, tight oil, coalbed methane, gas hydrate, etc. As such, JUOGR accepts research articles, case histories, field process reports, short communications, select high quality symposia proceedings and review articles on the subject of interrelated geological studies, well drilling and completion, rock mechanics, stimulation, reserve assessment, production engineering, formation evaluation and reservoir engineering, recovery mechanisms, petroleum economics and policy, environmental aspects, and improved recovery for unconventional resources.Palabras clave – provistas por la editorial
