In this paper it is assumed that social reality is seated on tensions, product of social inequalities that causes capitalism. Postulating the need to transform the existing power relations, for greater possibility of majority decision on the proposed territory, discussion of territorial development of Vista Flores adressed. In the first stage social groups were identified through macro-variables .Then it rescued the agents from these groups from their view on the political and socio-economic environmental, land development. The study revealed that the organization of agrifood systems is structuring of society,also to the extent of the territory perceptions vary according to the position occupied in society. Finally, the dimensions of development related to areas of power (economic and symbolic) have a conflicting nature. The findings call out to review the interventions and the look on recognition or not the conflict as part of the development process, also to rethink and recreate methodology to work within this framework and, finally, to define the position taken as coach and the institution in these processes.Palabras clave – provistas por el repositorio digital
