The need to respond to various situations that occur in the territory of the province of Santa Fe with water occupation of property, during periods for storage of surplus water or mitigating the effects of floods, forcing search tools that work together to achieve better management of water resources, while allowing the State narrow your intervention in order to protect a greater number of goods and fundamentally human life, ensuring indemnity heritage of individuals whose propierties may be affected. In light of this problem, it appears useful to determinate constraints an limitations over the land ownership rights, regarding privately owned property located within the territory of Province as may be necessary for the realization of the purposes specified, which appears in a draft proposal law aimed at establishing a regime Occupation Easements Water Management. These restrictions constitute for the Provincial Government. Since the implementation of the proposed pricing methodology on total expropiation value, the proportional deduction shall be made as the recurrence period established for each surface reached. The adoption of water easement occupation brings economic benefits nor only to provincial coffers, but also profitable for the owners of the property to be affected, in addition to prevent occupation by squatters who cause damage to the work.Palabras clave – provistas por el repositorio digital
