This paper presents wavelet characterizations through heavy space Orlicz type standards, such as heavy Orlicz spaces, Orlicz-Sobolev and Hardy-Orlicz. For the study of Orlicz spaces and Orlicz-Sobolev weight used various techniques and notions of Fourier analysis: mutipliers theory, theory of Littlewood-Paley, operators vector-valued Calderón-Zygmund and inequalities for maximal functions. In Hardy-Orlicz spaces with weight the main tools used were the Calderón-Zygmund operators on vector-valued, the structure of the spaces involved, growing conditions through the notion of types and properties relating weight and growth functions. As a consequence of the characterizations obtained showed that appropriate wavelet bases are unconditional bases for functional spaces mentioned above.
