This thesis comprises the study of the kinetics of the avermectins regiospecific hydrogenation in homogeneous and heterogeneous phase with Rhodium-phosphines catalysts in a reactor with mechanical stirrer. At first, an experimental system and substrate purification technic are developed in order to guarantee the quality of the results to obtain kinetic data. Therefore, the avermectins hydrogenation is studied under homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis so as to attempt improvement the industrial process. In heterogeneous phase, the feasibility of heterogeneization methods of catalytic complexes in biphasic systems is studied using additives different to minimize the resistance to the mass transfer at the interface. In homogeneous phase, an alternative with in-situ formed complexes is estudied to avoid the difficulties the preforming of them cause. The effects on the kinetic of the their in-situ synthesis and on the catalytic cycle are evalued. The technological implications show that a system of successive additions of substrate make possible the reuse of the catalyst at least up to three consecutive cycles of hydrogenation using low catalyst loading. An excellent activity with p-substituted phosphines ligands with electron-releasing groups is observed although it shows the disadvantage of a slow synthesis during the first stage. At last, the system is modeling with the aim to contribute to the basic area associated to the understanding of phenomena involved in processes the in-situ synthesis of complexes in avermectins presence and of catalitic cycle involved in their hydrogenation.
